troubles with NS2.26 installation

I have mandriva 2005 and when I try to install NS2.26 I have this error:

tclcl-mappings.h: In static member function `static int TclObjectHelper<T>::disp

tclcl-mappings.h:51: error: incomplete type `Tcl' used in nested name specifier
tclcl-mappings.h:52: error: invalid use of undefined type `struct Tcl'
tclcl-mappings.h:41: error: forward declaration of `struct Tcl'
tclcl-mappings.h:57: error: invalid use of undefined type `struct Tcl'
tclcl-mappings.h:41: error: forward declaration of `struct Tcl'
make: *** [Tcl.o] Error 1
tclcl-1.0b13 make failed! Exiting ...

someone can help me? It' s very important for me!!!!

ns2.26 can be installed successfully on Red Hat Linux 9 have not mentioned the version of operating system!please mention it
