Troubles with mic + alsa

Hello All!

I just installed alsa and now I have a trouble with my microphone.
It doesn't works at all

Yes, I know about alsamixer and kmix.
I unmute the Mic and set the volume, but there is no effect.

You can see the screenshots (alsamixer and kmix) here:

There is no alsa-specific errors/warnings in logs/console.

I record files via arecord (also I use Skype VOIP Client) and play files via aplay or mplayer.

Any ideas?

P.S.
Is there alsa-specific forum?
I can't find it

Try the mic in all the jacks on the back of the motherboard, or sound card.
