Thanks. Im looking at this one as well as a couple of others. Have you actually used this one? I have to confess Im a little wary of it since it installs stuff system wide. Do you have experience with it?

no, sorry, i've played with it but it's not in use where i work. freshmeat has about a dozen or so if you search for 'trouble ticket'.
