Trouble Syncing Mini iPod (2G) with gtkpod


Ok, so I finally got my iPod a couple days ago and the initial sync went great with gtkpod. Now that I want to add more songs though, I get the following error message:

I was wondering if anyone knows what's going on and if so how to fix it.

By reading old posts I think that I unmounted wrong after the first time i performed a "sync" and now when it mounts it mounts as read-only. can someone tell me EXACTLY how to unmount it? where i type everything and stuff...
