Trouble Running Unreal Tournament 2004


i got it fully installed but when i try to run it i this happens...

ok i got it installed but when i try to run it this is what happens...

[Zexter@172 ut2004]$ ./ut2004

can anyone out there help me with this pleeeaaassssee... i love my ut2k4 and if i can get this working i would have NO reason for windows on my comp!!!
