Hi everyone, a while ago, I installed numlockx and edited the files I needed to so that I wouldn't have to press the NumLock key when typing in my password to login. However, I installed a kdm theme and switched the default runlevel to 4 to get to kdm automatically after a boot. The problem is, now when I have to enter my password, I also have to press the NumLock key, I have looked around and tried to put the 'numlockx on' command in various files and it still doesn't work. I know it's trivial, but it's important to me that I get this working. Anybody have any ideas?

there is an option to set to on in the kdmrc file :
NumLock=On
