Trouble Depth on Citrix

Hi. I recently downloaded Citrix ICA Client for Linux (Slackware 9.1) and Im connecting to Windows 2003 server.. I configured my Client as 16 Million of Window color and 1024x768, and when I connect to MS Windows, Logon looks fine, colors fine, resolution fine.. but when I login my window of Citrix ICA Client resize and the depth is the lower.. looks like 8 bits of colors.. What could be the problem? some suggestions?

PD: When I type something on Application tab on my Citrix ICA Client runs fine all colors, but doesnt shows up the desktop..

Thanks lot.

I was having the same problem, I found the ICAclient has two places to change the settings, not sure which one was the one that actually made the difference.

under the Connections theres a properties option where you can configure everything from the colors to the window size etc. and under Tools there are the same options, try playing with those two and hopefully it'll make the difference for you.

Curious what dist are you using for your Citrix thin clients?

hopefully this helps

side thought, could be server side settings as well..

Thanks . That was that I did and now it's working fine but also I change some properties on the server side... I'm using Slackware 9.1 for Citrix ICA client...

Thanks again for the tip!!
