Training SpamAssassin - where to get current spam

Hello there

I've configured my postfix +courier server to use amavisd and have even trained using some of the spam and ham found at the spamassassin.apache.org site. By some i mean all of it. but I still am not happy with it's level of identifying spam. Overall I seem to be getting too low scores to be happy with it's performance, and in short - i get false positives.

Now I've searched for spam (ironic i know) to train it better, but the search terms (and thus results) elude me.

Any ideas where i can get current spam? does it need current spam? for training? is there a way to automate training so it constantly updates itself via cron - just like clamav updates itself...

Any pointers would be apprechiated.
