Training SpamAssassin

Though I'm using a Linux server to receive e-mail, it is all stored in Thunderbird on my Windows box. I have a junk mail folder there on the Windows box. How can I get all that over to Linux to train SpamAssassin? Thanks.

Google up a search on "windows pst linux". Here is the first (a sort of howto) to do what you want.
For the rest, google will turn up a lot of links to search through.
