Totem Stops Playing DVDs After An Hour - On Any DVD

Everytime I play a DVD in Totem, the movie stops at an hour and twenty mninutes of playing with any DVD. Then, I get the following error message:

An error occurred.
Could not read from resource.

What's going on here? How do I fix this?

There are two versions of totem, and one of them is broken the way you indicated. Neither VLC nor Mplayer seem to have the problem.
