torrent not downloading at 99.9%?

I want to download a torrent video from with transmission-damemon, torrent downloaded 99,9% and only 1 mb left but no more downloading.
The torrent is active and only uploading to peers, in the trackers tab all seeds are zero (0), in the peers tab there are always 4 to 5 peers connected and in the HAVE column some are 100%.

make sure no other process is accessing that folder, maybe constantly modifying a file.
then right-click, verify local data.
alternatively, if there's only 1 seeder left, they could have a similar problem. common with windows' thumbs.db.
or, there's simply no seeder (with 100%) left anymore. or offline atm. how long have you waited?
