I would go for rtorrent too. It's simple to use and easy to configure/costumize via the config file. The command is: $ rtorrent torrentfile.adress. You cand download from: http://libtorrent.rakshasa.no/

Best torrent client I have ever found is torrentflux or torrent-b4rt (fork of torrentflux with all the 3rd party extras)
It runs as a webserver in apache and is highly configurable, well worth a little bit of effort to install apache and php (yum install apache php)

It allows queues, bandwidth throttling, mulitple users, wget, torrent, also searches torrent sites for key words then downloads the files when found and best of all you can access it from any webbrowser anywhere on the planet great when at work or holiday, also you download you files from home to work as well :)
