tomcat on start up

Hello,

Is there a way by which service like tomcat starts by itself on start up. I'm using Red Hat7.32(Limbo). I tried to do the following: use chkconfig tomcat.sh (works fine) chkconfig tomcat.sh on (give me an error) But still tomcat doesn't start on itself on start up.

Thanks

do you have an entry in /etc/rc.d? if so just create a symlink the your /etc/rc3.d directory called S85tomcat or similar priority.
