I am obviously new on this forum. Instead of acting like a little tyrant in deleting what you think is against your protocol, why don't you simply explain to me what it is you would like me to do?
Good idea. Thank you, I may do that. Actually, I had thought my first thread was on the same forum, which is why I posted it later when it got lost in the jungle and there seemed to be no response. Then questions were shut down as fast as I could post them. Thought a public query would get more attention.

No problems as mistakes will happen at times. I'm suprised that it was closed so quickly, it allows us to know that were doing are job right as moderators.
hehehe...figured out my secret, eh? Too old and started too late for good squat and deadlift....just work up to 500 in both. Arthritis in the back. My bench is 505, raw, with no bench shirt. My age is 52.
