To install macromedia flash player in mozilar??
 
i use redhatlinux9.0... To install flash player...
i visited macromedia download site-.
But the following message appar.
-default plugin-
the page contain infomation of a t ype(application/x-shockewave-flash)that can only be viewed with appropriate plug in

what solve??

Yeah, macromedia homepage sucks. I really don't like them because, it's the only page in the world that to download a program, you have to already have that program installed (in the case, flash download page, requires flash). Also, they've took WAY too long to release their software to Linux (if they will ever do...). But, flash player we all need :).

Hehe thats like getting winzip in a .zip format. I'm such a dork...

just go to a flash page, it will give a link to the proper flash player. when i installed my flash plugin (just 2 days ago), all i had to do was run an installer program (assuming you installed Mozilla in the default directory) and it put the plugin in the correct location for me.

if that doesn't work, put the plugin files in mozilla/plugins.
