tn5250 emulation program problem
 

I've installed the lastest release of tn5250 that I could find. When I run the program from terminal by typing in the command, the program comes up looking great. However, when I tried to make a link on the desktop and use that, the program comes up with the letters all squeezed together. How can I get the link to run the program with the display correctly?
