Time Restrictions on IPCop

Is there a certain package in IPCop I can install were in you can specify what time can a certain user have access to the internet? For example,

user1 can access the internet from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM only.

I believe you can do that with squid, which, IIRC is part of the IPCop installation. Sorry, I don't know details, but I am sure the squid manual would help.

Is there a program which is GUI that I can port to IPCop? I'm really having a hard time configuring the squid manually.
