I would like to implement a linux based Ticket Tracking System for a HVAC company. What choices do I have and can you also give me some commercial based companies that have a decent reputation of service.

Has any of you ever use it in a corporate environment? I have looked at remedy,heat and other like its but really have been to impressed. How is it in comparison to HEAT and Remedy ticket tracking systems?
