Three simple questions

Hi folks,

I'm new to Linux, and with my current Red Hat 7.1 installation I face three problems...

1. How to move the LILO from boot floppy to Linux native partition (not to MBR) so I can boot from the Linux partition (which is a logical partition) using Boot Magic. I also have Windows 2000 Server & Professional installed.

2. During the installation program my Logitech USB Pilot Wheel Mouse worked fine, but after the installation was done, in XWindows (GNOME), the mouse doesn't work... but the touchpad does (got the whole bunch installed on a laptop: Dell Inspiron 4000)

3. Anyone can recommend a good Linux driver website?

Many thanks !

("man lilo" to check everything, ok) IIRC, tis simply installing lilo in your "/" partition and pointing/moving your "root" statement in /etc/lilo to that partition.
Run "lilo -t -v" to test it, cut the "-t" if youre finalized making changes to make it effective. To be sure you don't fsck up, you can always make a backup of the bootsector itll write to (-s <filename> option IIRC)

Ive got a Logitech USB, its fiddling with gpm's socket and the protocol, Im not on Linux rite now, but in X I thought it was /dev/input/mice or just /dev/mouse, I though I choose "generic 3-button mouse" while doing mouse/Xconfig.

Driver? What driver? Spose you first check your distro's site/boards...

Mouse:

Have you got it to check your USB ports on start-up? If this hasn't been started, it has no hope of finding it. You might need to disable your touchpad first.
