Three actions in a recipe of Procmail

I'm filtering my emails using Procmail... I want to do:

1.- Encrypt all mails comming from a specific address (
2.- Save it in a "special" folder (Encrypted)
3.- Send me an email notifing this new message.

i'm using this:

* ^From:.*
:0 fbw
| gpg -r -a -e

| echo "Subject: Received an Special message" | $SENDMAIL -oi

The first recipe is working well (the encription), and the second is executed but not the third. if i change the order between the the second and third recipes, it execute the second but not the third.

Any help?

Did you ever figure this out?

I'm interested in doing the same, so a working solution would be interesting.
