they do differ? [kernel in every distro]
 
as a beginner im just curious is there any diffrence in the kernel in every linux distro

There are some modifications made to the kernels in some distros (Mandrake & Fedora for example), and not to others (Slackware, Debian and others). But all distros can use "vanilla" kernels from kernel.org without too many probs.
