Themes for aterm?

Hey, I use aterm and blackbox, and I want the aterm window to look like my blackbox style (scrollbars and stuff), and I don't wanna stay with the ugly plain-gray look.
Now, I don't really know if I need a theme for aterm or a theme for X, because all of the other programs that run in blackbox has that ugly gray scrollbar, and I want them to suit for my blackbox style.
What can I do?
TIA.

aterm is only a very basic client, it can not do "themes" there *might* be a colour option for the scrollbar, but i'm quite sure it can't. you might prefer Eterm.

Nonsense. Aterm can't do themes, but the appearance is highly customizable. You can change many aspects of the scrollbar (on/off, transparency, color, border color) either through commandline options (which you can add to your menu's command) or by putting resource options in your ~/.Xdefaults file. And, unlike eterm, aterm can do all these without adding 'yet another spiffy' hunk of bloat.

Read through 'man aterm' for more info.

Enjoy!
