The process is more than 98% by threed "sed" when re-install man-1.6f-r3

When I re-install man-1.6f-r3 by "USE=+lzma +nls emerge man".
After some build when run to "Creating man.1 from man.1.in",the thread “sed” pop up, and will in a high use of process. When I kill the sed thread about 19 times the install will finished succesfully.(If I didn't kill this thread, it will hang there.) But when after that when I install lib11-1.3.3, it will hang again when run to
Making all in pt_BR.UTF8
make[2]:Entering directory '/var/tmp/portage/x11-libs/libx11-1.3.3/work/libx-1.3.3/nls/pt_BR.UTF8'
GEN XLC_LOCALE
GEN Compse

Anybody have any ideas about this?
Thanks

It is parsing and re encoding your 1000+ man pages in lzma, you should not have killed it, it was working, it would have finished, some day. It may take a while, just let it finish.
