Hi,

I have some docs I need, only in tex format.
I want only to view them on windows platform.

You're talking about .dvi files?

If so, and if you have plenty of drive space, then the easiest thing to do is just do a complete install of miktex.

After it is installed you should be able to view dvis by just double clicking.

If you don't want to bother with that, you could also use the command 'pdflatex' to compile a .tex file to a .pdf file instead of a dvi.
