I can telnet port 25 from localhost but not from remote host. I have firewall disable, telnet and sendmail services are running even can telnet to the host but not 25.
Check the mail server configuration; it might be setup to only accept requests from localhost. Another cause might be that tcp warppers are used; check the files /etc/hosts.deny and /etc/hosts.allow.
