Telnet BBS
 

I'm interested in starting a telnet bbs place, where users connect in through a telnet program and can send messages to other users, chat privately and in rooms, post in a forum, reply to other posters, share files, and maybe have a personal journal others can read. I have yet to find a software solution that does this. It'll be compiled on a linux system and either use a flat file or a mysql database to store everything in.

anyone have any suggestions?
