Telling Apache to use same header file in all sub-directories

Hi,

I want to use [...]/mirror/openoffice/HEADER.html in [...]/openoffice/ and all its subdirectories. What directive do I have to add to .htaccess for Apache (v1.3.37) to use the same file? I'm mirroring everything OpenOffice has to offer except for the archives, which means that there are tons of directories and adding HEADER.html and .htaccess for each directory is not something I want to do.

Currently I have the following in [...]/openoffice/
Code:
IndexIgnore .htaccess HEADER.html FOOTER.html
HeaderName HEADER.html
ReadmeName FOOTER.html
Thank you.
