Tellico: Is there a way to sort by comic book issue number?

Hey all. I'm using Ubuntu, and have tellico, the collection management program. I'm putting my comic book collection on it, but it keeps sorting the comics alphabetically by the title of the story in each issue. I would like to see it sort by the comic number. Is there a way to do this or do I have to wait for the next update of the program?

That was a problem for me too. The only way I have found to sort entries by issue is by adding the column "issue" in the upper-right panel and then click on it to toggle sorting by issue number. See the attached image for an example. The odd thing if that you don't have any sorting facility in the left panel and in the covers panel you can right-click and select sort --> by issue, but it doesn't work for me.

Now that you have remembered to me about the problem, I'll write an e-mail to the tellico's developers or eventually I'll submit a bug report. Stay tuned: I will post any news in this thread.

Update: I tried out the latest version of tellico 2.0pre2 and unfortunately it still doesn't allow to sort by issue number in the "Series" box. Sorting is allowed only for Collections (e.g. number of items in each Collection). By the way, I found a simple way to sort by issue, just adding the number in front of the title. The attached screenshot shows that - maybe - the appearance is even better! :)
