Teaching Linux Guide needed

I'm going to start teaching a co-worker linux and wondered if anyone knew of a guide online on the steps to teach Linux. I have the knowledge but need a structured guide to show me the best way to teach Linux. This would include items like the order I should teach commands and the most efficient way to lay down the information for someone to learn.

If anyone can lend some advice on this, please respond.

thanks
rootking
