Question Task Bar Has Gone

Hi,
I am running Mint-Debian with XFCE Desktop and the main taskbar with the menu icon and clock have gone to God somehow. I started up my Netbook today and it was all gone. Thank goodness I can right click with the mouse and get 99% of all the menu items.

How in the world do I get it back ?

Thanks heaps and heaps for your kind assistance.
