tangerine DAAP server hogging my disk space

I ran a disk usage utility on my home directory and found I had a file in the tangerine directory of my ~./.config files. It was called tracks.db -- I assume it is a database describing the shared music tracks. But it is 1.3 Gb big. Why has that thing got so big? I only have about 3 Gb of mp3's. why would a catalog file be almost as big as the data? Can I delete it or will It break the server?
