tag search in emacs and vim


I am very new to emacs . While searching for tag in vim , Vim displays different choices of tags on pressing ctrl-] . How can i get that list of tag definitions in emacs

Hi,
Thanks for the welcome.I have googled a little and gone through the GNU documentation of emacs before posting here. i think you did not understand my question. I know how to traverse through multiple definition one by one , but my requirement is to get the list of all possible definitions in the project. This i am able to accomplish in vim (ctrl + ]) . I want to know if any similar thing exists in emacs
