Question System control/administration

I am aware of SuSE/Novell's YaST and Libranet's Adminmenu, but are there any other distros with similar tools? Isn't it strange that RedHat, one the oldest distros out there doesn't seem to have something like that available?

I have just been reading a comparison of Redhat AS and SLES. There was a similar sentiment echoed by the author. I will admit that I prefer Redhat over Suse, but the lack of a central place to administer the system is bit annoying. Some of the admin tools don't even have a console mode alternative.
