Is there someone that has some idea for this problem? The hang is random but the message is same (hdd: lost interrupt).
I have upgrade with last BIOS and change one HD (/dev/hdd)and both IDE cable. I have debian SARGE and:

The kernel is 2.6.17.11 with patch grsec, ipp2p and netfilter-layer7-v2.9
