Synaptic Package Manager

W: GPG error: ftp://ftp.nerim.net unstable Release: Couldn't access keyring: No such file or directory

this is the error I get when I try to reload the lists in Synaptic Package Manager.
Also most of the lists show status as failed when I tried to reload them. So as a consequece I can not update my distrobution. I am using Simply-Mapis 3.3.1.

Any help appreciated
thanx for reading bignester.
