how would i achive this? like if i made a image "<!" how could i get it like this "!>" or "<!!>" ? youk nwo what im saying? i know i see this used in PS alot but i dont know how to do it in gimp. thanks

In GIMP 1.3.19:

Image --> Transform --> Roate Horizontally.

ir doesnt seem to have rotate horizontally just 90 degree 180 and some other number

It may be a new feature in GIMP 1.3.
