Unhappy Switching input keyboard language in Linux

Hi, until recently I was using an application similar to the language bar in windows. It did allow to switch the input language in the keyboard without configuring anything. Unfortunately, I reinstalled my whole system and I forgot the name of this application. By the way, it is not the gnome-config-keyboard or the system-config-keyboard.

If somebody is using this program please let me know...

Thanks.

KDE supports this feature. It's under Regional & Accessibility -> Keyboard Layout

Thanks for answering,

I know KDE does it very well. What I can not understand is why GNOME doesn't.
There is also a setxkb function that is easy to use but what I would like to know is where is that application which is very nice and has a GUI.

Thanks,

It's a panel applet in GNOME. Right click on the panel, choose Add to Panel and look for the keyboard switcher.
