switching between keyboard layouts

I'm using fedora fc4, and have configured the hebrew keyboard layout. Is there a way to configure alt+shift to switch between the layouts, same as in Windows?

If you are using KDE, power up Control Panel --> Regional & Accessibility
-->Keyboard Shortcuts --> At the tab Global Shortcuts under the tab Shortcut Scheme scroll down and you will find the option for Keyboard - Switch to Next Keyboard Layout.
From there you can check the radio button Custom and then the shortcut button on the right choosing your own shortcut.
