SWAT installed but can't use???
 

I want to use swat to configure samba because I have an example that supposedly works and used swat.
I have v3.0.4 samba running I can not access http://localhost:901/
I get a message saying the connection was refused. I am logged on as root.
I rpm'ed these:
samba-common-3.0.4-2.i386.rpm
samba-3.0.4-2.i386.rpm
samba-swat-3.0.4-2.i386.rpm
samba-client-3.0.4-2.i386.rpm
then rebooted
How can I tell if swat is available or running?
