Exclamation swat

I had redhat 8.0
now i have 9.0
nothing radically changed small firewall (tried it before i installed firewall)
i cant get swat to work... and can find very little info on it (ie no man pages and no swat listed with locate)
was it pulled out or did i somehow not install it
ps samba is installed i can see it on my netwerk
and oh yes here is my swat file in xinetd.d (note there was no swat file in redhat 9)
service swat

{
port = 901
socket_type = stream
wait = no
only_from = localhost
user = root
server = /usr/sbin/swat
log_on_failure += USERID
disable = no
}
