how can i get the dailer window from in susue linux for making an broadband connection? plz reply me aas soon as possible

Classic example of too little information.

Are you using SuSE now and are looking for the broadband dialer? or are you looking for the name of the program to use in a different distribution?

I believe the program is kppp, but I can't be sure. What desktop eniviroment are / were you using? KDE or Gnome?

i know c programming in windows but i don't know how to do a c program in linux should i load any software for tat additionally like turboc2 in windows ?
if so plz send me a clear discription on that.
