suse 9 + kde3.2 = file assoc. trouble

Hello all.

I recently downloaded/installed the KDE 3.2 rpm's from suse's website.
I installed them from yast2 , and nothing went wrong during the install. However, now whenevr I click to install an rpm, instead of that screen with the information about the package, the "Install using YaST", etc., I get the "Open with..." dialog. How might I restore this associiation with rpm's? I believe I should just tell kde to launch rpm files in the yast2 installer, so my question I suppose is which command does kde issue to yast in order to install rpm's? I hope all of this makes sense.
Thanks.
