No, SuSE do not allow iso downloads of the latest versions. If you head off to www.distrowatch.com and check out their SuSE page, you will see links to a review of SuSE by distrowatch. In that review, there is an explanation of how to manage the ftp install.

The version they ftp'd was 8.0, so all you need to do is find the same directories for the 8.2 distro.
