superkaramba problem

I got Superkaramba v0.33 installed/configured and working properly. Downloaded a program called 'tmon' to monitor cpu,RAM,etc. and it worked fine too, up till now. Instead of it working I get this error:
ImportError: No module named tmon-1
------------------------------------------------------
What does ImportError mean?

It means that I couldn't load a python add-on for tmon-1.theme
If this is a regular theme and doesn't use python
extensions, then nothing is wrong.
------------------------------------------------------

The only thing I recall doing before it did this was add another user to my SuSE 8.2 Pro, but I don't see how that can affect it. Got any ideas anyone? Need more information?

That's not an error. It means that the module you are trying to load has no python boundings. If it is just a monitoring tool, then this is probably correct. What exactly isn't working? Can you not see the monitors? Try deleting ~/.superkaramba/themename.rc and restarting it.

Thanks for the reply, but themename.rc is nowhere to be found. I can't see anything when I run it...nothing...nada...zip.

No other ideas anyone? None at all? I really find that hard to believe.

Well I downloaded TMon and tried it. I got this:

ImportError: No module named tmon-1
------------------------------------------------------
What does ImportError mean?

It means that I couldn't load a python add-on for tmon-1.theme
If this is a regular theme and doesn't use python
extensions, then nothing is wrong.
------------------------------------------------------

But it worked fine for me. It also created ~/.superkaramba/tmon-1.rc. So what I suggest you do is this:
1. Delete the ~/.superkaramba directory and try again.
2. If that doesn't work then make sure that you aren't getting any errors. What you got before is a warning, not an error.
3. Check to see if superkaramba is actually running or if it has terminated with "ps -e|grep superkaramba". If it's running, then your theme is probably off the screen or something. Try sliding the panel to one side and see if you can see it. If it's not running then something's wrong with your superkaramba - try recompiling it.
