Sun Java Web Server on Linux libc6.3

Hi All,
Installed Sun Java System Web server 6.1 sp4 on Red Hat Linux 9, with libc 6.3. When I try to Request a certificate, it displays an error "Internal Error".

[26/Aug/2005:13:44:47] failure ( 4907): for host trying to GET
/https-srinu/admin/security, cgi_scan_headers reports: HTTP4044: the CGI
program /opt/SUNWwbsvr/bin/https/admin/bin/security did not produce a validheader (program terminated without a valid CGI header. Check for core dumpor other abnormal termination)

Plz let me know if anyone has solution for this...
