Suggestions for Maths Software

Hi,
Does anyone have any suggestions for some really powerful maths software? I'm looking at two functions (they might be in two separate programs):
1) Plotting graphs (can plot implicitly?)
2) Maths (eg can do precise definite integrals, indefinite integrals, implicit calculus...)

It's not ease of use I'm looking for here - if someone thinks a command-driven piece of software is very powerful, then I'll learn how to use it. What I want is something that has a wide range of functions (for example, if something can't plot ln(x), then I'm not really interested).

Any suggestions?

Many thanks in advance

Maple is a very powerful program and it has a Linux version. I think its sort of expensive, though.

I did a google search for 'linux maple latex'. Maple can export it's sheets into latex documents. That is one thing you probably would want to do to be able to publish, or in some schools even do your assignments.
