subversion commit failures

Hi,

I wanted to commit two folders to svn, now I successfully commited the first one
however for the second one I get this

svn: File already exists: filesystem '/gridos/scm/db', transaction '2-1', path 'trunk'

and this is what I'm doing:
svn import resbnS file:///gridos/scm/ -m "First Version0"

I've googled this a bit, and it seems quite a few people are getting this, however no one has ever replied.
