Subversion Changelogs

I recently migrated a project over to subversion. I was wondering where I should look for the changelog information. I.e. I want to be able to parse out the human-inputted text that was submitted when a file was commited (i.e. "fixed bug resulting in foobar"). Where might I find this information?
