lloracle_dba LQ Newbie Registered: May 2005 Distribution: RHEL 3.0 Posts: 9 Rep:	Submitting Tickets in OTRS by email I'm trying to get OTRS up and running. So far it has been pretty smooth sailing. My only question is this. Is it possible to submit a ticket to otrs by email? On our current help desk system users can just open up an email template, fill it out, and send it to the support desk mail box. Can OTRS do this? And how?
