Stupid Thing About Emacs


In order to increase the font size, I have to hold down SHIFT and press the left mouse button to bring up the menu. Wouldn't it make sense to just be able to increase the font size from the pull down menu like every other modern day text editor on the planet?

Why can't people who drive slow stay in the right lane on the highway is what gets me.. ? Don't they read the signs, slower traffic keep right... hmmm..

Probably because emacs is so weird. And don't even get me started on 'vi'.
